EXTENSION OF LEASE OF PORT ARTHUR. Received This Morning, 12.20 o'clock. LONDON, Sept. 14. It is understood, that Japan's demands from' China will include a fifty years' extension of the lease of Port Arthur, which expires in 1923. Although anticipating the expiry, China will be compelled to yield. Some incident must inevitably occur facilitating a programme of expansion, including the military occupation of Foochoo and Amoy, and the introduction in those zones of socalled Manchurian methods.
