MKSSKS DALGETY & GO., LTD. On page 8 of this! issue Messrs Dalgety and Co., Ltd., advertise full particulars of one of the most important land sales yet announced to take place in the Worth Island. The sale consists of no fewer than 10,227 acres of healthy sheep and "cattle country, situated in the Bay of Plenty district, and 707 acres, divided into three first-class farms, situated in the Matahurii Valley, 60 miles from Auckland. The whole of the land has been subdivided in suitable areas, and settlers in the Wairarapa on the lookout for a sound investment should study the details. The sale will take place on Friday, August 22nd, at the Chamber of Commerce, Auckland, and further particulars may be obtained on application to the Masterton branch.
