HAVELOCK WILSON.
(SYDNEY "SUN" SPECIAL.) (Received July 26, 8.30 a.m.) LONDON. July 25. Mr Havelock Wilson, Secretary of tile Seamen's Union, who is suing the Shipping Federation and others for conspiracy to make him bankrupt, alleges that bogus unions were financed by the Shipping Federation, for tihe purpose of attacking .and endeavouring to discredit him. He admitted that he had brought five libel actions, and had obtained in each only a farthing damages.
