ARMY REMOUNTS.
A PESSIMISTIC REPORT. (SYDNEY '>SUN"~ SPECIAL.) (Received July 26, 8.30 a.m.), LONBON, July 33. Colonel Jarvis, Chairman of the Remount Committee,, states that,the horses available for military purposes in the County of London have decreased by? 50 per cent, in the last three years. At the present rate of decrease it would shortly be impossible to provide for the mounted services other than tihe yeomanry.
