ATTACK ON ARSENAL.
ERRATIC FIRING BY CHINESE ADMIRAL. (SYDNEY "SUN" SPECIAL.) (Received Last Night, 6.55 o'clock.) PEKING. July 26. The rebels at Shanghai made a. series of attacks on the arsenal. Admiral Tsing dispersed them with a severe shell fire. The Consuls have protested against the Admiral's erratic firing. Many shells fell in the European settlement.
