INSPECTED BY THE KING. (Received .Last Night 5.5 o'clock.) > LONDON, July 12. After inspecting the leading manufacturies in Lancashire, their Majesties tihe King and Queen reviewed a mercantile fleet of all nationalities in the 'Mersey, the line stretching for ten miles.
