FEARS OF HOME RULE.

The cables which we have 'published the las* day or two through our special "Sydney Sun" service—which comes direct from the Loridon "Times"—indicate that a section of the Ulster community is intent upon creating trouble over the Home Rule Bill. The distribution of rifles and clubs, the threat of the military joining the. Unionist forces, the insurance of mills against riot, all of these things read like devices of the enemy to intimidate Parliament. But Parliament wilt not be intimidated. There is nothing surer than that the Bill will become law if the Liberal Party remains in power for another year. It all depends upon' that little word "if." Many tilings may happen during the next twelve months. The present indications, however, are that the resistance of a section of the Ulster population will be unavailing, and that Ireland will be given a Parliament of its own, riotg or no riots.
