LOSS OF PLANS.
U.S.A. OFFICIALS ALARMED.
(Received Last Night, 8.45 o'clock.) WASHINGTON, May 14. The Navy Department have issued a statement regarding the loss of th. uncompleted plans for th 3 electric wiring of tho new battleship Pennsylvania during the celebrations, in connection with the Presidential Inauguration. Officials declare the plans to be valueless, but are alarmed because similar thefts happened recently.
