The total grants made during the yeaa- amounted to £467 14s, while the administrative charges were. £395 Is 3d. By far tli» greater portion of tlie revenue appears to have been expended on the property account. This will not, of course, be recurring. In pursuranor of the policy of building up the assets, whether this be right or wrong, the Trustees have had to incud a certain temporary outlay. The time lias iioav arrived when an efFoit should ba made to wipe out the overdraft, reduce the interest charges, and make better provision for those works of education and general utility 'for which the Trust was originally designed.
