A CLOSE CORPORATION.
OF COMMERCIAL ATTACHES. LONDON, May 10. Sir Edward Grey, secretary of Foreign Affairs, has urged upon the As Kociation of Chambers of Commerce that it shot'ld form a close corporation of commercial attaches. He suggests that t)ie latter should receive the guidance of manufacturers and iierchants interested in foreign markets. The Council of the Association has appointed a committee to car-y out the suggestions.
