(Received Last Night, 8.46 o'clock.) LONDON, May 9. Tho Ambassadors' Conference has remitted the Austro-Italian Albanian project for the consideration, of tiu Powers. Tho scheme provides for a National Gendarmerie, officered by th© minor European Powors. Austria and Italy will provide a loan on behalf of Uie new realm. The conference is not likely to reeresume until after Whitsuntide holiday.
TURKISH TROOPS. REPATRIATION ORDERED. (Received Last Night, 8.45 o'clock.) CONSTANTINOPLE, May 9. The Porte has ordered the repatriation of Turkish troops from Albania.
