DECISION OF WAR COUNCIL CARRIED BY TWO VOTES. CABINET RESIGNS. (.Received Last Night, 11.30 o'clock.) CITTENJE, MAY 5. It is believed that the decision of the Council of War, to agree to the Powers' requests, was carried by two votes. Parliament has been summoned to meet on Thursday to ratify the decision of the Council. It is officially stated that Cabinet has resigned owing to opposition to the War Council's decision.

ITALIAN EXPEDITION. (Received Last Night, 11.30 o'clock.) ROME. May 5. An expedition, for co-operating with Austria in Albania, is being got ready.
