GOVERNMENT HOUSE
EVICTION OF GOVERNOR. GENERAL. (Received Last Night, 10 o'clock.) SYDNEY, May 5. The High Court has commenced the hearing of the Government's appeal against the Supreme Court decision in regard to Government House. [The Supreme Court held that the Government House in Sydney, from which the Governor-General had been evicted, was vested in the Imperial Parliament, and not in the State of New South Wales, and that the Government had not power to evict the Governor-General. ]
