(Received Last Night, 5.50 o'clock.) LONDON, May 1. Mr J. R. Kebty-Fletcher, Unionist member of the House of Commons for Altrincharn, Cheshire, has resigned his seat, owing to lill-heaJth. [Mr Kebty-Fleteher is a merchant, and a Past President of the Liverpool Produce Exchange. He defeated Sir W. Crossley a<t the last election by 119 votes.]
