The Ambassadors' Conference has agroed to a thirty million francs loam being granted to Montenegro, as compensation for the loss of Scutari. GREEK AND BULCAR. A SERIOUS POSITION. GREEKS CONCENTRATED AT SALONIKA. (Received Last Night, 11.20 o'clock.) SALONIKA, April 18. The Servians moved a division to Rewgali. The Bulgarians and the Doran outposts are only a few kilometres apart. All traffic to Salonika is debarred, and tlie railway is 'not working owing to differences between the Greek and Bulgarian military authorities, the former demanding the right to guard the line, and the Bulgarians refusing. Greece has concentrated 120,000 at Salonika, and are hastily fortifying. SERVIANS LEAVE SCUTARI.

MONTENEGRO CONTINUES THE SEIGE. (Received Last Night. 11.20 o'clock ) VIENNA, April 18. The Allies have raised the blockade to allow the Servians at Scutari to return, as snow-drifts have made the Macedonian roads impassable. King Nicholas thanked M. Bayovitch for his intended brotherly help, and added that Montenegro would continue the seige alone.

BULGARIA AND SERVIA. SERVIAN PREMIER THREATENED. (Received Last Night, 11.20 o'clock.) BELGRADE, April 18. On the ground that it is inopportune M. Pasies, the Servian Premier, has declined to reply to the interpolation concerning Sei'Via's- relations with Bulgaria. The Nationalists vehemently assailed the Premier, even, threatening his life. Servia's relations witli Bulgaria are daily growing worse. The newspapers are violently outspoken despite the censorship.
