OFFICER SUICIDES. (Received Last Night, 10.25 o'clock.) ST. PETERSBURG, April 15. Major-General Defosliinskv, an officer of the General Staff, committed, suicide by shooting himself with a revolver. Tlieire is no chie as to the cause of the deed.
