The Daily Telegraph declares that a. considerable body of Radicals are lobbying in the House of Commons, in tlie hope of embarrassing tho Canadian Government, and adds: "Not content with subterranean methods, they interviewed tho Hons. H. IT. A'Squith and Winston Churchill with the object of prevailing them to niter their attitude towards Canada's proposals.
