ON CROWN LEASES. A CANTERBURY CASK. (By Telegraph.—Fress Association.) CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. This morning, when the" Canterbury Land Board was dealing with the transfer of leases, an echo of the Southland case, regarding the rignfc to the mineral wealth on land corn cited from perpetual lease to the freehold tenure, was heard.
