FEILDING RAM FAIR

{By Telegraph-—Fress Association.) FEILDING, Last Night. The West Coast ram-fair, under the auspices of the Feilding A. and P. Association, commenced here to-day,. 1700 rams ,'being entered. Only IJoronoy s wore offered to-day. The prices generally wore in favour of purchasers, though good rams fetched high prices. The Romney March Sheepbreeders' Association* held their annual sale in connection with the fair. The highest price of the day was 120 guineas for a ram offered on behalf of Mr E. Short, and purchased by Mr J. 1). Hughes. The same breeder's "Argentine Ist" brought 110 guinea.?, and was'purchased bv A. L. Wheeler. ~3£v Short offered twelve stud rams, which /ivrrnged oß| guineas. The fair will bo continued to-morrow
