J THE YEAR'S RETURNS. j, (By Telegraph. —-Press Association.). ] INYEROARGILL, Last Night. | The receipts at the port of ' Bluff for th© year ending December 31st, , 1913, were £26,348, of which £26,246 'is classed as ordinary revenue. For . the year 1911 the ordinary revenue ( amounted to £24,298, so that the receipts for 1912 show an increase of nearly £2OOO, and is easily tho largest yearly revenue that has hitherto been received. The expenditure stands at £26,635, as against £25,5470r about £IOBB more than that for i9ll. The .sinking fund of the Board is j shown at £41.339, an increase of ,£2217. The shipping returns at the port for 1912 show that 403 vessels of 612,520 inett tons entered the harbour, being an increase of 96 vessel"? and 64,426 nett tons, a® compared with the returns for the preceding 12 , months, but the increase in the nmni ber of vessels lias been principally in small traders. .The trade of . the port as compared in tons has increased to 144,418 tons, which is 8787 tons in advance of the figures for 1911.
