DISTRICT EXHIBITS.
"Die promoters of the Auckland Exhibition, to be held at the end .of the present .year, are offering prizes of £IOO, ;.£SO, and £25 for the best exhibit in district' courts. This ehcrfild afford an opportunity to the Wairarapa tor bring its resources prominently before the world. Possibly there is no district in the Dominion possessing a greater variety of industries than this. Wool, grain,"frozen meat, roots, dairy produce, fruit, .honey, poultry, fibre and other products of the Wairnrapa would make a display that would be hard to beat. The matter is one tliat should be taken up enthusiastically, and at once, by the Masterton A. and P. Association, in co-operation with the Wairarapa Society, so tliat n display worthy of our splendid district may be made.
