MASTERTON PICTURE COMPANY

THE AISLES OF THE WIND. The Town Hall was again crowded last evening when the Masterton Picture Company presented i'or t,he second time In the Aisles of the Wild, one of .the finest productions of the A.B. Company. The beautiful and rugged' grandeur of the scenery in which the drama is told is amazing. Glimpses of the pine fotests, and rushing rivers and pretty spots with: wild flowers in abundance follow one another in quick succession as the plot unfolds, ■ The whole series is composed! of star pictures of, a most attractive kind. Theses include The Lion Tonic. Economic Peter and The Bishop's Bath, which are of a mirthprovoking nature. Erom a scenic point of view, the views of the ancient port of Jaffa are -stated to be excellent, affording a splendid idea of this j historic spot* Other items include Convict Brother, The Butterfly Net, The Long Strike. The White Man's Williams- -Weipklvv' Swimming Championships at Te Aro, fellington!,' and Lively Town Visit. Tomorrow night the Masterton Picture, Company are presenting the Nordisk Company'* latest and best star picture entitled Bis Lost Memory. /. : ■ THC»PSO»»-I*«VW PICTURE THE SEWER, Last night saw another large and enthusiastic audience at the T.-P. Electric Theatre, when The Sewer again proved a popular favourite. It i& a most sensational feature, being a true story of a'philanthropist's exciting adventures at the hands, ol' a, most nefarious gang of robbers and blackmailers. The final happenings make the .story a most thrilling as well as an educative one. Church and Stage, a pretty ■ drama by the Hepwix Company, also went well. Swift Waters, the Victor. Company'!? work, showed Miss Florence Laurence in very pleasant surroundings. Convalescent. Lubin's contribution to this series, is an exceptional drama, ft is a study of a wontan's fickleness, and the misery she caused. The Eclair Journal, the tonical subject contained a large- number of very interesting subjects. The;, scenic portion is well represented, and includes. A Study' in Crayfish, Jerusalem, Gnldmi.nirtg in Rhodesia, The Whaling Industry of Natal; and a prettv coloured ladies' film, Paris Fashions. The best cf the comedies are the, Sun's Eclipse, Last of the Black Hand. Gaiur. The Water Fight, and A Real Apache. This series will be shown to-nidit for the last time. To-morrow night a special feature will be ,shown in A Dearly Purchased Friendship.
