LAYING THE FOUNDATION STONE.

Lord 1 Denman. Governor-General of the Commonwealth will lay the foundation stone of the Federal capital on March 12th, and will perform the christening ceremony. It is believed that the choice. of name lies between Pacifica, Myola, and Fisher.
