CHRISTCHURCH, Last Night. Adjutant H. P. Sharp. of the Salvation Army, representing Commtssi on or Richards, of Wellington, commonced his work in Christchurch today in connection with the erection of a New Zealand memorial to the late General Booth. Mr R. E. McDougall has opened the list in this city with a donation of £IOO. Adjutant Sharp, who will remain here for some days, ha.s already visited Oamaru, Timaru and Culverden in which three places approximately £IOOO was donated.
