REVOLUTIon ary regulations. INTRODUCED IN BRISBANE. (Received Lust Night, 9.45 o'clock.) BRISBANE, January 10. Regulations have been introduced, revolutionising the sale of meat in butchers shops. Tho shops must all have external openings, covered with wire gauze. The doors must bo kept except at times of entering and exit. Meat must bo wrapped in clean paper, and must not come into contact with writing or printing paper. The inspector is empowered to order a stone of concrete floor to he laid, with a view to preventing the entrance of rats. Nobody is allowed to hold in his mouth any implement used in the preparation of meat, of any label or article used for wrapping or addressing meat. Nobody is permitted to sell meat returned by customers. Spitting in shops is prohibited.
