TWO MORE NATIVES CHARGED. (Received December 23, 8 a.m.) CALCUTTA, December 22. At tho trial at Agra in connection with the murders of Mrs Clark and I Mr Fulham by Mr dark, Mrs Fulham and a nativo servant named Budlui, two natives named Sukhia and Ranilat have been placed in the dock. Ramlat, testifying to the details of. the crime, accused them of participating with two others who have not been arrested Clark assisted them to enter by removing the dog. The case has been adjourned. FURTHER EVIDENCE. ARRANGING THE CRIME. (Received Last Night, 9.55 o'clock.) I AGRA, December 23. i Budhu testified that Clark made powdered glass out of a lamp chimney, and instructed him to give it to , hi,s wife, but to be careful not to I put it in tho children's food. Sub- [ sequentlv Clark and Mrs Fulham nsk- ■ ed him if he could arrange to kill Mrs Clark, and he promised to reply later. Witness spoke to Sukhia. who replied that he was unable to do it for a hundred rupees, and wanted more. He took Sukhia to Fulham's house, and Fulham conversed with Sukhia for a long time. Payment beforehand was demanded but promised when the work was doNe. It was arranged that the money be entrusted to Budliu., About a week later Clark told Sukhia that ho would hand the money to Budhu. and added: "Do the job tonight." Witness accompanied Sukhia and Ramlat to the lioitse of another man who Sukhia found in the bazaar. Budha Kanjore handed Ramlat a large knife, and all went to Clark's bungalow. Clark arrived and removed a barking clog, and quitted while Budhu remained outside. Ramlat returned after entering the house, saving that he was unable to distinguish the mother from the daughter. Budhu pointed out the former's bed. Two men who were not arrested carried a lamp, and Ramlat and Sukhia stood behind the curtain near the daughter. Budlin Kanjore took the lamp, and the other man gave the woman a heaw out. She shrieked and directly she did so, he gave her another cut. She ' then writhed and rolled over. Subsoquently Ramlat and Sukhia clamoured for payment, and were referred to Clark. Witness was not aware whether they were paid, became he was arrested. The case has been adjourned till January 7th.
