Perry mid P. Smith, auditors; Bros P. Smith, F. Youle. C. Braggins, J. White, sick visitors. Two friends wore proposed for ..dmissnon. After routine business a heaj-ty voto of Uia-hlis; was passed t< the retiring officers. Bros A. T. Wilson, of the Loyal "Egmont Lodge, and Bro J. S. Lozell. of the Loyal Waipawa Lodge, wero accorded a -hearty lodge wel-. romo.
