TWO TOWNS WIIECKED.

WASHINGTON, November 28.

Reports have been received from tho State Department in Manila of a terrific typhoon at the Islands of Samar, Leyte, and North Panay. Two towns have been wrecked, and there is a heavy death roll. Two steamers were wrecked in Factoban Harbour.
