So far as we tan discover-, the investments on the totalisator have been larger since the number of nice days was reduced than before, In addition, a monopoly has been created which is not Kood for the community. While the larger clubs are .swelling their assets, tho smaller country clubs arc being made to suffer. This is a lop-,sided .arrangement, which country representatives in Parliament should ponder over during the recess
