TENDERS FOR RAILS ACCEPTED. (Received Last Niglit, 9 o'clock.) SYDNEY, October 27. The tender of Messrs Hoskins and Co., Lithgow, has been accepted lor the supply of 10,0(30 tons of rails for. the trans-Continental railway,, at £8 15s per ton. Two firms belonging to the American Steel Trust will supply. 18,000 tons each at £8 1-Os per toil*.' '' ' No English tender was accepted.
