DANGEROUS.
LORD ROBERTS' SPEECH. RESENTED BY A MINISTER. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, October 26. The Right Hon Walter Ruhciman, speaking at Elland, stated that Lord' Rol>orts' speech, in which he attacked Germany, was deplorable, pernicious and dangerous. He hoped that if it was resented by Germany, the latter would know that it was equally resented in England.
