AND THE MEDITERRANEAN. (Received Last Night, 5.5 o'clock.) LONDON, October 26. The Right Hon Lewis Haroourt, speaking at Rossendale, said that Britain was determined to rely qn her own forces in the Mediterranean, irrespective of alliances or any understanding with other powers.
