The information we -publish to-day concerning the operations of the WaVtganui Casein Manufacturing Company will be read with interest by those engaged in the dairying industry. The time has arrived when djaijry. farmers, like othjar /farmers, must take the very last penny from their produce. With the high prices ruling for land, we cannot afford to permit waste to continue. The manufacture of whey butter is a step forward. Why should not the casein industry be equally profitable? The operations of tho Wangamii Company will be watched Avith keen interest bv Wairarapa dairy farmers. The invitation to visit the Aramoho works should lie readily availed of by those concerned.
