TURKISH TROOPS AT ADRIANOPLE.
TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND STRONG.
(Received September 28, 8 a.m.) CUNSTASTIXOI'LH, September 27. A Turkish army of 200,000 men is concentrated at Adrianople. Nazim Bey is directing the manoeuvres. After tho Turkish revolution, Nazim Bey reorganised the Adrianoplo army corps so completely that ho declared he would assumo the responsibility of defeating the Bulgarians in the event of war. AUSTRIAN 'ARMY. (Received September 28, 8.5 a.m.) VIENNA, September 27. The newspaper Die Zeit states that Austria is retaining time-expired conscripts of two army corps until the end of Neyomber next. (Received September 28, S.lO a-T 1 -)' CONSTANTINOPLE, September 27. Bomb outrages havo occurred on a Salonika train and in the Monastir Military Club.
