GOVERNMENT PRINTING OFFICE
IN AN INSANITARY CONDITION. (By Jl'eleomph—Press Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. Tho Hon F. M. B. Fish&r, speaking at a dinner on Saturday night, said he hoped within a month or two to effect improvements in the conditions of employees of the Government Printing Office. He had visited tho office, and found that had the place been a private concern tho conditions under which the men were working would be a disgrace. The place was cramped and crowded, and work was done under most insanitary conditions. He hoped the Government would try to better the conditions of all the State employees.
