An award in the butchers trade was filed in the Arbitration Court to-day, on the lines of an agreement arrived at before the Conciliation Council. It will operate for three years. The minimum asked for is first shopman £3 10s; aeooiid shopman, £3; first small goodsman, £3 10s; other hands£2 Us, and ride-out, if 21 years of age or ove.\ £1 12s Cd.
