A hundred' thousand frozen sheep from Adelaide have reached Hamburg in the meat steamer Afterword. Shipments will be sold at l£d per lb below the cost of fresh meat. A French company h is undertaken the inland transport, whore the necessary cold storage exists. The Agrarian newspapers are attacking the shipment's, declaring that the frozen meat is tough, insipid wrttl deficient in nutriment, and swarming with deleterious microbee. The Times' Be'-'in correspondenthor> reported that Herr Von Betlima-m: Hollweg's Conference decided that the; freezing industry was so highly dp- j veloped that a large amount of frozon meat from Australia and Argentina will pass whatever examination the' law requires. Therefore the rules I will be ir"relaxed.
