RULINGS OF CHAIRMEN.
We are not going to quarrel with Mr H. C. Robinson, over his rulings at the meeting of delegates in Masterton yesterday, for now that he has got on to the right track we desire to keep him there. Seeing, however, that ft-. only recently complained! of the ruling of Mr H. E. Eton at the annual meet, ing of the Trust Lands Trust, we should like to know what authority lie iiad yesterday, as Chairman of the meeting, for ruling 7»le»srs Hogg and Vile out of order. Both of these gentlemen had been invited to attend the meeting an members of the Education Board, and if they were not eaititled to move or second resolutions', or to take an active part in the deliberations with -th© rest of the delegates, they should r.ot haw been invited to. be present. Mr .Robinson m-?y not have intended to be discourteous, but hi.' attitude was certainly not that of an impartial Chairman, j
