(Bv Telegraph— Frets Association.) REEFTON, Last Night. A casus* Calibre occurred here to-day when Mr E. Seniplfe,-organiser of the' Federation of Labour, charged Mr R. Thornton, editor, of the. Inangalma Times,' with using abusing language on July 9th last. Very contradictory evidence was given, and tho Magistrate decided that Mr Semple and his witness were mistaken, and dismissed the case. Great interest was taken in the case, and tho Court was thronged.
