MASTERTON POLITICAL REFORM LEAGUE
MEETING OF MEMBERS
A meeting of members of the Masterton branch of the Political Reform League was held in Murray's Hall last evening, there being a fair attendance of ladies and 'gentlemen. Mr A. H. Vile was voted-to the chair. The following officers, were elected to the branch:—Patron, Mr Cr. R. Sykes, M.P.; President, Dr Archer Hosking: vice-presidents, Messrs A.' McLeod, J. B. MeKenzie, W. H. Beet ham, B. J. Rayner and T. W. MeKenzie; committee, Mesdames Anderson, Roff, Martin, SykeV, D'Ew, Riissall, Collie, Martin and A. H. Vile; (secretary, Mr G. F. Rawson; treasurer, Mr'A. H. Vile.
It was decided that the membership fee be 2s 6d, as prescribed in the constitution., It was resolved that a meeting of the committee, to arrange dates and places of meeting, a place of organisation, and other important matters, be held in the secretary's office on Tuesday evening next. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks to the Chairman.
