Tt is satisfactory to note that steps have been taken to form a branch of the Political Reform League-in Masterton. The 'Reform Party, although at present in charge of the Treasury benches, has not, until now, had the idvantaae r.f a national organisation. The meeting hold in Wellington th\s week, which was probably the.'most representative political gathering, eve:held in the Dominion, arranged n ccnsituatron which should appeal to everv Reformer. Th e membership fee is oo small that nobody need ba deterred from joining. It i.s desired that the institution shall be of an educational and social character, ind arrangements w... be undo for the \*isiLr* of representative men to the respective branches. Young men and women under twenty-one. yeaivs of fig? may become honorary members.
