QUESTION IN THE HOUSE. [ (By Telegraph—Pf#*B Association.) WELLINGTON, Last Night. In the House of Representatives this afternoon, MY jaarris (Waitemata) brought under the notice of the Premier a- paragraph published locally, giving details of a.n- alleged Socialists' Sunday School, conducted in Waihi by an American, who preached such things as the putting of emery powder into oiled bearings with the object of grinding parts of the machinery, and it was to their interest to do as much damago as possible to their employers' property. Mr Harris asked whether the laws of the country could be amended so that aliens such as the such as the one mentioned, could be deported. The Hon. W. F. Massey said he had referred the matter to the Crown Law Officers, to ascertain whether the law as it now stood allowed such a matter to be dealt with. If it did, he hoped to make the necessary provision this session to prevent such orcurrences as stated in the paragraph.
