FORMED IN NEW SOUTH WALES DISSATISFACTION WITH GOVERNMENT. •SYDNEY, August S. (Received Last Night, 9.40 o'clock) A new party has been formed within tho Labour movement. A committee with the title of "The Labour Principles . Defence Committee," has been formed. It is composed of enthusiasts who claim that certain actions of the Government are jeopardising the true interests of Labour. and particularly aims at tho constitutional, financial, and industrial reforms, including the abolition of the Upper House and State Government, and more economy in public expenditure.
