NAPIER. Last Night

At the inquest held to-day on the body of Peter Petersen, a married man, 31 years of age, who war; found on Sunday in a waterhole at Meaneo, the evidence showed that the deceased had been worrying because a section of land occupied by him had been sold, and bo was unable to obtain a renewal of his,lease. A verdict was returned of suicide by drowning while in a depressed mental state. The deceased leaves a wife and five' children.
