COMPULSORY TRAINING
DISSATISFACTION IN COMMONWEALTH. MEN AND OFFICERS RESIGNING (Received Last Night, 11. 15 o'clock SYDNEY, July 29. There is great dissatisfaction amongst the men of the garrifjim artillery, owing to the position created by the new compulsory regulations. Several officers and nunrbers of the men have resigned. Quo of the commanding officers expects that the bulk of the officers and ninety per cent, of the men will resign, practically wipiiuz out the garrison artillery.
