CONCILIATION BOARD
AN AGREEMENT ARRIVED AT.

CHRISTGHURCH, Last Night. An agreement was arrived at before the Council of-the Conciliation Board to-day in the hairdressers and tobacconists' assistants' dispute, on the following basis:—Fifty-two hours per week, working not later than 8 p.m. on three days, and not later than 6 p.m. one day, and not later than 1 p.m. on the weekly half-holiday, and work to cease at 9.15 p.m. on Saturdays. The minimum wage has been fixed at £2 15s.
