A PAINFUL INCIDENT.
Nobody can feel other itihan regret at the incident which marred Hlr? proceedings in the House of Representatives 011 Saturday morning, when the 'Hon. R. McKenzie levelled a tirad? of 'a.buse and invective at the retiring Premier amd some of his colleagues. 'Mr !R. iMoKenzie is doubtless a disappointed man. He bitterly resented his namesake being selected as Prime Minister. He could, not understand why there should ibe an entirely new Cabinet. But allowing (for the chagrin which follows personal disappointment, there was Wbsolutel'y po excus? for the .ex-Minister resorting to a display of vulgar abuse and childish .petu'lamce. 'He should have known better.
