FLOODS IN THE NORTH
(By Telegraph—Press Association.) TE KUITI, Last Night. The Mangaoke-wa river, at Te Kuiti, is in a state of flood. The road on ,the.'eastern side of the town isuncler water. Nojdamage is reported at Te Kuiti. TJie Awakino x'oad is flooded by the Mokau river, between nine and ten miles from Te Kuiti. The coaches were several hours late from Mahoinui and Aria to-day.
