Some people are never satisfied. On Saturday last we took occasion to congratulate the Minister of . Bailhvaysupon the .splendid concessions lie had made to the -Wairairapa. Almost every request cf the local Chamber of Commerce has .been con ceded,- and the interests of the whole of the Wairarapa and Forty-Mile Bush districts have ibe-en conis-.'d-eied-. We are now told that because there is- no opportunity ,given to Bush - settlers to get fiway from Mas'tcrton between ooon and six o'clock in the evening, the tradespeople are dles-as'tisfied. One would imagine that the tradespeople would be tfe kis-t in the world to complain on this s?ore. But assuming that there iwais- gen'uine roo ti -for complaint in regard to the afternoon service north, Ave are entitled to show some little graSilude for the undoubted concessions that .are being made in other dkect : on«.
