ANNUAL MEETING. At the annual meeting of the Pah-iatiua-Afci-tia A. and P. Association, the report (already published in the Age) was adopted. The secretary announced the election 'unopposed of the following gentilemen, to then- respective offices: — President, Mr A. McFarlane; vicePresidents, Messrs C Avery, I'. Boyd, J. T. Hewitt and J. Y. Crawford; treasurer, Mr G. A. Burgess; auditors, Messrs Geo. Moore' and G. 0. Miller. Mi- T. P. Girdwood .was.again un--■animously elected patron. The election of a general committee of 21, for which 14 gentlemen were nominated', resulted as follows: —Messrs-S - . V. Rodney, J. G. Brechin, R. Halliburton, N. Avery, J. Bourko, J. P. .Beech, P. Bissett, A. Barrel], L. Lovelock, J. Osborue-Lilly, J. -Manson, J. Matthews, M. O'Connor, A. Ross, F. H. Vincent, J. D'. Wilson, W. Yule, W. W. McCardle, A. McKay, W. Wakemau and T. Mexied. The secretary was voted a bonus of £'lo 10s. A resolution was 'passed authorising the committee to issue de'benturos of £5 each, to hear interest at the rate of 5 per cent, per annum. The treasurer stated that debentures to the amount cf £305 had Ibeeu taken up. The auditors were elected mennlbers of the) Association, it being stated that they were not asking any fee for their services. Votcis of thanks were passed to Mr T. P. Girdwood, to the scrutineers (Messrs. W. Tosswil'l and J. W. Sturton), to Mr K. Winteringham for the nise cf his room, and to the chairman.
